mycosis fungoides

<oncology, tumour> A form of nonHodgkin lymphoma that first appears on the skin (cutaneous T-cell lymphoma). This is a tumour of T lymphocytes that accumulate in the dermis and epidermis and cause loss of the epidermis. A frequent secondary feature is fungal infection of lesions in the skin.
